Chief Jonathan A. Redman
Chief Jonathan Redman proudly serves as the Chief of Police for the Trumann Police Department, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the role. Since joining the department in 2015 as Deputy Chief, Chief Redman has been pivotal in advancing the department's mission to safeguard and serve the Trumann community. Prior to his tenure with the Trumann Police Department, he dedicated 14 years of service to the Jonesboro Police Department, where he developed extensive expertise in law enforcement operations and leadership.
Chief Redman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Pensacola Christian College, earned in 2001. Committed to ongoing professional growth, he furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an Emphasis in Law Enforcement from Grand Canyon University in November 2017.
Known for his unwavering integrity and strategic leadership, Chief Redman is deeply committed to fostering community engagement and advancing public safety initiatives. His vision and dedication continue to guide the Trumann Police Department toward operational excellence and stronger community partnerships.

Deputy Chief Lenny Becker
Deputy Chief Lenny Becker serves as the Deputy Chief of Police at the Trumann Police Department, bringing extensive experience and dedication to his role. Promoted on March 25, 2024, Deputy Chief Becker previously served as the Operations Commander Captain for three years, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise.
Deputy Chief Becker began his law enforcement career in April 1999 with the Trumann Police Department as a Dispatcher/Jailer. In September 2000, he advanced to the role of Patrolman, completing his training at Black River Technical College Law Enforcement Training Academy (BRTC LETA) and graduating in May 2001. His career expanded in September 2008 when he joined the Poinsett County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy. In January 2011, he returned to the Trumann Police Department as a Patrolman and steadily advanced through the ranks, serving as Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, and now Deputy Chief of Police.
Deputy Chief Becker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas-Grantham. His diverse experience and steadfast commitment to public safety have been pivotal in enhancing the operations and effectiveness of the Trumann Police Department.

Chief Emeritus Chadwick Henson
Chief Emeritus Chadwick Henson has had a distinguished career in law enforcement and public safety, marked by dedication and exemplary service. He joined the Trumann Police Department in 2012, bringing with him extensive experience from various prominent roles in law enforcement and national security.
Before leading the Trumann Police Department as Chief of Police, Chief Henson served as a U.S. Air Marshal, providing critical security in national aviation. He also served as an Intelligence Officer in Kosovo, contributing to international peacekeeping and security efforts. Additionally, Chief Henson gained valuable law enforcement experience serving with the Blytheville and Jonesboro Police Department.
Chief Henson is a proud graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, Session #266, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence in law enforcement leadership. His leadership extended beyond the department as he served as the President of the Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police from 2016 to 2017, where he advocated for advancements in policing across the state.
Currently, Chief Emeritus Henson continues his commitment to public safety as the Commander of the Second Judicial Drug Task Force, where he leads efforts to combat drug-related crimes and enhance community safety.
