The Trumann Fire Department operates from two stations to provide continuous emergency response coverage throughout its designated service area. 

The Trumann Fire Department was honored as the 2025 Fire Department of the Year for cities under 10,000 population. This recognition reflects the department’s commitment to operational excellence, community risk reduction, professional training standards, and its resilience following the destruction of Station 1 during the 2021 tornado. Through responsible fiscal planning, grant acquisition, expanded prevention programs, and uninterrupted emergency response operations, the department demonstrated sustained leadership and service to the citizens of Trumann and its surrounding fire district.

The department remains committed to continuous improvement and maintaining the trust of the community it serves.
